Carrot and Blue Cheese Salad With Cumin

2 oz Blue cheese; room temp
1 c Light cream
2 tb Sesame oil
1 lb Carrots; peeled, thinly sliced
1 tb Cumin seeds

Process in blender or processor all the ingredients except the carrots.
