Quick Cheese Grits

4 qt Water
1 c Nonfat milk
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Quick grits
3 tb Butter or margarine
4 oz Pasteurized Processed cheese spread
6 oz Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Red pepper


Combine the water, milk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the grits. Reduce the heat and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the butter, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and red pepper. Stir until the butter and cheeses have melted.

NOTE: If not serving immediately, add milk to make the grits creamy if needed and reheat in a microwave.
