Italian Scalloped Potatoes

4 md Potaotes, very thinly sliced
1 md Onion, chopped
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
10 oz Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Italian seasoning, crushed
2 Cloves garlic, minced


In a greased 6 cup casserole, arrange half of potatoes and half of onion. Sprinkle with ahlf of mozzarella and half parmesan. Repeat layers. In small bowl, combine soup, milk, italian seasoning, and garlic. Spoon over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 400 F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 side dish servings.
