Legal Pizza!

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup Contadina Pizza sauce (2 carbs per 1/4 cup)
Sliced pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella
Black olive slices or bits of fresh mushrooms


Fry up and crumble about a pound and a half of ground beef. Drain the fat. Stir in 1/2 cup of Contadina pizza sauce. Transfer to a baking dish. Cover with sliced pepperoni. Cover that with lots of shredded mozzarella. Throw on some black olive slices or bits and fresh mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
