Lasagna

1 (7 oz.) package lasagna noodles
3/4 lbs. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. ground meat or Shrimp
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped


Boil noodles. Brown meat in oil with garlic and onion. Stir in: 1 can whole tomatoes 1 can Rotel tomatoes


Cook 1 1/2 hours. Stir in: 1 small jar pimentos, drained 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped Season to taste


Put layers of lasagna, meat sauce, and cheese. Repeat until dish is filled. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
