Tabouli

1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 1/4 c. bulgar wheat
4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. minced parsley
3/4 c. mint, finely chopped
3/4 c. minced green onion
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. oil
Salt to taste
1/2 c. feta cheese, chunked


Mix bulgar wheat with boiling water. Soak until wheat is tender. Drain off any excess water. Mix remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
