Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. med. mushrooms, abut 24
1/3 c. finely chopped Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
About 1/4 c. sliced pimiento stuffed olives (opt.)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted


Cut stems from mushrooms (to be used another day). In small bowl, toss mushrooms in melted butter. Place mushroom caps, cut end up, in broiler pan. Broil 3 minutes. In small bowl, combine Mozzarella and bread crumbs. Spoon some of the cheese mixture into each mushroom, top each with an olive slice. Return them to the oven and broil 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts and mushrooms are tender.
