Italian Omelette

8 eggs
1/4 c. milk
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 med. onion, chopped
4 slices prosciutto ham
4 slices Provolone cheese
8 olives, diced
1/4 c. olive oil

Beat eggs and milk. Add Parmesan cheese, onions, and olives. Mix. Place olive oil in pan. Place the omelette in the pan. Cook over medium to low heat for 30 seconds. Add Mozzarella, ham, and prosciutto. Cook until cheeses are melted.
