Gnocci "italian Dumplings"

2 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. flour
2 eggs

Thoroughly blend cheese and eggs. Knead in flour. Take small bits out of mixture with a spoon. Drop into ferociously boiling water. When dumplings are finished, serve with marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, etc.
