Chili Cheese Appetizer

1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chilies
(or use 4 oz. for milder taste)
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded


Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well. Add chilies, cottage cheese and Jack cheese. Mix egg mixture with flour mixture. Pat in well-greased 11x7 Pyrex glass flat pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
