Cheese Sandwiches

1 c. cheese*
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
French bread
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


* (Any combination of Monterey Jack, Colby or other cheeses). Slice small french bread or 1 large loaf in sections. Brush top, cut sides, and bottom with olive oil. Toast lightly in broiler. Layer sliced ham, thick tomato slices, red onion slices. Sprinkle with basil. Spoon cheese mix over tops. Broil until cheese melts and is bubbly. Top with other half of bread. Serve with chips and dill pickle sticks.
