Cheese Omelet

12 eggs
2-4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk


Put small amount of vegetable oil in frying pan. Beat eggs and milk, pour into pan. Cook until egg is done on one side. Add slices of cheese one half of egg and flip other half on top of cheese, cook until cheese is melted. Serves 4-5.
