Cheese Ball

1/2 lb. American processed cheese
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
Chopped onion to taste
Chopped nuts (fine)


Mix together in food processor. Roll into 2 balls or logs. On plastic wrap sprinkled with nuts. After the ball is formed sprinkle more nuts on top. Refrigerate.
