Calzone

1 lb. loaf of frozen bread
1/2 med. onion, chopped and sauteed
3 oz. salami
3 oz. mortadella
3 oz. ham
4 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
8 oz. ricotta cheese
Oregano, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper to taste




NOTE: The meat can be replaced by cooked vegetables such as broccoli, etc. Thaw bread dough according to package directions, then divide in half. Roll out (or pull) each piece of dough into a 10 inch diameter circle. Combine all ingredients. Divide the filling in half and spread over half of each round of dough. Fold dough over top and pinch edges with fork. Cut slits in top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes (on cookie sheet). Serve warm.
