Cheese Puffs

2 c. (1/2 lb.) American cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/8 tsp. salt


Stir until blended; roll into small balls. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 250 degrees. Good hot or cold. Store in airtight container.
