Blintzes

1 loaf white bread
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 stick margarine
Cinnamon and sugar mixture


Cut crusts off white bread and roll flat. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk together thoroughly. Spread mixture over entire loaf of bread. Roll up each slice corner to corner. Dip in melted margarine then dip in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put on cookie sheet and freeze. Remove from freezer and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
