Bacon Roll Ups

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. dried chives
25 slices whole wheat bread
25 slices bacon, cut in half

Soften cheese and add chives. Trim crust from bread and cut each slice in half. Spread 1 teaspoon cheese mix on each half and roll up. Wrap a slice of bacon around each roll and secure with toothpicks. Place on broiler pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn as necessary.
