4 Layer Delight

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 (3.9 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Medium sized Cool Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. 10x sugar
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 Heath candy bars


1st layer: Mix butter with sugar, add flour; mix. Add nuts and mix thoroughly with fork. Layer in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool. 2nd layer: Mix cream cheese with 10x sugar, add 1 cup Cool Whip, let chill; spread on first layer. 3rd layer: Mix instant pudding with milk as directed and spread; refrigerate for 15 minutes. 4th layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip, sprinkle with 2 crushed Heath bars and refrigerate.
