Barbecue Quesadillas

2 Garlic cloves
1 ts Vegetable oil
16 oz Pulled pork, chopped fine
2 ts Basil, dried
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 tb Butter, softened
4 Flour tortillas,(8 inches)
2 c Kraft's Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Pace Chunky Salsa, medium OR guacamole


Saute garlic in a medium skillet until tender. Stir in finely chopped pulled pork or brisket, basil and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

Meanwhile, spread butter over one side of each tortilla. Place tortillas, buttered side down, on a griddle. Sprinkle each with a 1/2 cup of cheese. spread 1/2 cup of smoked meat mixture over 1/2 of each tortilla and fold over and cook on low for one to two minutes on each side.

Cut into wedges; serve with salsa or quacamole.
