Vegetarian Souvlaki

1 md Tomato; quartered, then half the quarters
1 md Cucumber; cut in four length wise; then in half around the center
1/2 c Fat free sour cream
1/2 Onion; sliced thinly
1 Hunk of Greek Feta cheese
2 Flour tortillas (lowest fat ones you can find; WW would be good too)
Salt and pepper

Warm tortillas in microwave for about 20 seconds. Place 2 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of tomato, a couple of pieces of Feta, a few slices of onions and a big glop of sour cream down the middle of the tortilla. Salt and pepper to taste, wrap in wax paper like a cone, twist the bottom so the juice doesn't run down your arm and enjoy!
