Mozzarella and Tomato with Lemon Dijon Dressing

1/3 c Olive oil
1/4 c Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
2 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1/2 ts Sugar
3 md Tomatoes, sliced
6 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 c Mixed salad greens
1/4 c Pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
Chopped fresh basil leaves


In small bowl, whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice, basil and sugar; set aside.

Arrange tomato and cheese slices over salad greens on serving platter. Top with chopped olives and basil leaves; garnish as desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing before serving.
