Cheese and Corn Tortillas

16 oz Low-fat cottage cheese
1 c Canned kernel corn
6 oz Shredded, reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 c Sliced green onions
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 ts Mexican seasoning
6 Flour tortillas (6")
1/2 c Salsa

Pre-heat oven to 350 Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish Mix first 6 ingredients but reserve 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture down center of each tortilla Roll and arrange seam side down in baking dish Top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
