Leon Salad

1 Head iceberg lettuce finely chopped
1 Head romaine finely chopped
1/4 lb Italian salami; cut julienne
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded
15 1/2 oz Canned garbanzo beans drained

Leon Dressing:
1/4 c Oil
2 tb Wine vinegar
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine iceberg lettuce, romaine, salami, cheese and beans in bowl.

To make dressing, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
