Cheese and Macaroni Salad Ring

1 c Elbow macaroni
1/4 c French dressing
2 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Diced pimento
1/4 c Diced green pepper
2 tb Very finely chopped onion
2 tb Chopped parsley
Lettuce
Sliced green olives, garnish


Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add French dressing to warm macaronio and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled. Add cottage cheese, pimento, green pepper,onion, and parsley to macaroni. Press into quart ring mold and refrigerate for several hours. To serve, arrange lettuce on platter. Loosen macaroni mixture from side of mold with knife; turn out onto lettuce. Garnish with olives.
