Cheese/Jalapeno Quiche

1 9 inch pastry shell
6 oz Cooked, ham, diced
4 sl Crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 lg Tomato, peeled and chopped
2 cn Diced jalapeno peppers
4 lg Eggs, beaten
1 t Dry mustard
1/2 c Sour cream


Layer ham, bacon, cheeses, onion, tomato and peppers in bottom of unbaked pastry shell.

In small bowl, combine eggs, mustard and sour cream. Mix well.

Pour into the pastry shell.

Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 30 minutes OR until filling is set. Cover edge of pastry with foil to prevent excessive browning.
