Neptune Shells

6 oz. stuffing shells
1 can (7 oz.) Tuna, drained and flaked
1 can (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 egg
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water


Cook shells as directed. Drain and cover with warm water. Combine Tuna, cheeses, onion, egg and seasonings. Stuff shells with mixture. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Dilute soups with water. Pour over shells and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.


Remove cover and bake for additional 10 minutes.
