Bisquick Quiche

Ham, Shrimp, or Crab Meat
4 green peppers
3 to 4 cups shredded Cheddar and Swiss cheese, mixed
4 eggs
2 green onions
3 jalapeno peppers
1 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper


Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Put meat, onions, and peppers on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat and peppers. In a blender, put the Bisquick, eggs, milk, and seasoning. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds and then pour over meat and peppers. Bake at 400 F for 35 to 40 minutes. If using a glass dish, bake at 350 F.
