Croutons - Making Your Own

1 Loaf French baguette
Nonstick cooking spray
1 ts Dried basil
2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

Slice bread into thin diagonal slices. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and mist the slices with cooking spray (any flavor). Crumble 1 tsp dried basil evenly over the slices. Sprinkle with 2 tbs grated parmesan cheese.

MEANWHILE, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Bake for 1- minutes at 350 degrees F or until lightly browned and crisp. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
