All in one Dinner

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
1 package Au Gratin potato mix
2 cups boiling water
1 lb. can Salmon, drained, boned, skinned
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas, thawed
1 cup cottage cheese


Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss melted butter with crushed cornflakes and set aside. In a large bowl, blend remaining ingredients and spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with buttered Cornflake crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes.


Makes 4-6 servings
