Cheese Brioche

2 1/4 ts Yeast
2 2/3 c Flour; bread
2 1/4 ts Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
8 tb Butter
3 Eggs
3/4 c Water
1/2 c Swiss Cheese; shredded


Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

Put all _but cheese_ in machine, Push go. Add cheese at beep or end of first kneeding.
