Egg Cheese Squares

1 lb Swiss cheese; grated
1 cn (8-oz) green chili peppers; chopped
1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
12 Eggs


Place Swiss cheese as bottom layer in a 9 x 13 glass casserole. Layer green chilies over this, then grated Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs until fluffy and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees until crusty brown and bubbly. Cool slightly and cut in small squares. Freezes and reheats well.
