Croutons

4 sl Italian bread
1 Garlic; clove cut in half
1 1/2 ts Olive oil
1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese


Toast the bread. While, still warm rub one side of each slice with a cut side of the garlic clove and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the slices. Cut into 1inch cubes.

Yield: about 3 cups
