Cheese and Cream Latkes

3/4 c Flour
1 pn Baking powder
Salt and sugar to taste
1/2 lb Cottage cheese
3 Eggs
1/2 c Sour cream


Mash cheese and soue cream together. Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar, then add flour and baking powder. If batter is not looise enough, add more liquid. Fry in butter or margarine. Serve hot with preserves.
