Cheese and Bacon Cream

125 g Tasty or swiss cheese
250 ml Cream
1 lg Egg; beaten
1 tb Chopped parsley mixed with a little chives
2 Rashers of bacon; fried and chopped
Pepper and a little salt

Mix the cheese, cream and the egg together, then add the parsley and bacon. Spoon into buttered oven dishes (not too deep) and bake in a pre-heated 180 degree C oven for 20 minutes.
