Cheese Fondue

3 c Gruyre cheese
1 1/2 c Emmenthal; (most common brand of Swiss cheese)
Fresh grated nutmeg
1 tb Brandy or kirschwasser


Place cheese and nutmeg in fondue pot. Bring cheese mixture to a very slow boil. When the mixture begins to boil add brandy or kirschwasser.
