Cheese Filling for Dumplings

1 1/2 c Dry cottage cheese or Farmer's cheese
1 lg Lightly beaten egg
Salt


In bowl, combine cheese, egg & salt. If mixture is too dry, add milk. Fill dumplings. Boil 15 minutes.
