Cheese and Fruit Kabobs

8 oz Colby cheese; cubed
Pear chunks
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese; cubed
Apricot chunks; kiwi slices
4 oz Gouda cheese; cut in wedges
Grapes; apple chunks

Alternate cheesc and fruit on individual skewers. Arrange skewers on large platter. Add Port Wine and Cheddar to complete the tray.
