Basil Pesto

1 1/2 c Fresh basil leaves
5 cl Garlic
1/4 c Pine nuts
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Lemon juice


Put the basil, barlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor. Turn the machine on and drizzle in the lemon juice. Continue to puree until a smooth past is formed. 1/2 tb 14 cal, 1.1 gr fat, 70% fat
