Boursin Cheese

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1 Stick butter; softened
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 ts Fines herbes
1/4 ts Garlic salt
2 -(up to) 3 Sprigs parsley
Lemon pepper (optional)


Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl until well blended or use a mixer. Chill until stiff enough to form into whatever shape is desired. Refrigerate until ready to ssrve. May be served as is, or rolled in lemon pepper. Serve with wheat crackers.
