Crunchy Swiss and Ham Appetizers

2 c Mashed potatoes (use very stiff mashed potatoes)
2 c Cooked ham; finely chopped
4 oz Swiss cheese; shredded
1/3 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Minced onions
1 Egg; well beaten
1 ts Mustard
1/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
3 1/2 c Corn flake crumbs; crushed


Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while still hot. Makes about 8 dozen appetizers.
