Shells Florentine

12 oz VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 tb Butter or margarine
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach; thawed & well drained
1/3 c Milk


PREPARE Dinner as directed on package.

COOK and stir mushrooms and onions in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat until tender.

ADD to Dinner with remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
