Marinated Mozzerella Cheese

1 1/2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
2 ts Minced fresh rosemary; or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 ts Minced fresh thyme; or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 ts Minced garlic
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Crushed red pepper
1 lb Lowfat mozzarella cheese; 3/4" cubes


Mix all ingredients except cheese in a medium bowl. Add cheese and stir gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours or up to 5 days.
