Fettuccine with Herb Sauce

8 oz Fettuccine
1/4 c Chopped parsley
1/4 c Fresh basil leaves
1 cl Garlic, peeled & minced
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c Ricotta cheese
Freshly grd black pepper


Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Place parsley, basil, garlic in blender or food processor; blend until paste forms. Gradually add oil and ricotta; blend until smooth. Season with pepper. Toss fettuccine and herb sauce together. Serve at once.
