Fettuccini Swiss

10 oz Fettuccini
2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c Melted butter


Cook fettuccini until al dente. Drain pasta. Place in wide-rimmed bowl. Add butter and one cup of Swiss cheese. Lift and toss. When cheese has melted, add remaining Swiss cheese and continue to toss. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley and serve immediately.
