Country Breakfast Pie

1 pk Breakfast sausage
1 9" pie shell
1 1/2 c Swiss cheese; shredded
1/4 c Green bell pepper; chopped
4 Eggs; lightly beaten
1/4 c Red bell pepper; chopped
2 tb Onion; chopped
1 c Light cream


Cool sausage; cool, crumble, and drain off fat. Mix cheese with sausage and sprinkle into pie shell. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Combine= remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375~ for 40 to 45 mins. Cool on rack for 10 mins. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
