Cheesy Mushroom Melt Torpedo

1 Soft torpedo
200 g Grated swiss cheese
100 g Mushrooms; (4 oz)
Ground paprika
Chopped parsley

Cut the torpedo in half and toast gently. Scatter the cheese over and top with mushrooms. Grill and sprinkle with ground paprika. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
