Cheddar Beer Cheese

4 c (16 ounces) grated sharp cheddar Cheese at room temperature
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/4 ts Ground black pepper
1/3 c Flat beer


Place all in blender or food processor. Process till smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with crackers. Yield: about 2 cups spread.
