Armadillo Eggs

1 cn (lg) whole mild(or to taste) jalopenos
8 oz Cream cheese
1 lb Mild breakfast sausage
Chedder cheese to cover tops of pepper


Cut peppers in half and de-seed. Put on a cookie sheet cut side up. Cook sausage, crumbly. Drain the fat, and mix the sausage with the cream cheese* Spoon this mixture onto the jalopeno halves, and top with a little cheese. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven until cheese has melted.
